• excellent communication skills
• advanced speaking and written English skills
• computer and data entry skills
• telephone etiquette

• trustworthiness and loyalty
• ability to work on rotation basis between Dubai and other countries
Responsibilities:
• providing advice and information support to clients about visa and work permit requirements
• dealing with day-to-day client management issues that are part of immigration process
• dealing impartially and courteously with clients from different cultural backgrounds and with varying English skills
• complying with the company's standards for quality and client management
• effective communication by email and phone with involved parties in the immigration process
• preparing immigration application packages and forms for the submission to the relevant authorities
• provide immigration advice and manage cases and research, identify and develop solutions to problems
• ensuring confidentiality of both company and client information
